Weihai Gernuman Automation Co., LTD. (National high-tech enterprise, New four board), founded in 2012, registered capital of 21 million yuan, covers an area of more than 20 mu, construction area of 14,000 square meters, has R&D office building, digital workshop. Mainly engaged in carbon fiber winding equipment, carbon fiber tape laying equipment, rotary curing furnace, carbon fiber winding integrated machine, hydrogen bottle automation production line, environmental protection VOC treatment equipment R & D and production, under Weihai City Blue top Industrial Automation Research Institute (Shandong Province new research and development institution) and wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Gernuman Automation Equipment Co., LTD.

Currently, there are 52 employees, including 16 technical R&D personnel, 2 PHDS and 3 masters. The company has built a digital factory test platform, hydrogen energy equipment simulation and simulation platform, robot simulation platform, etc., and led the development of the first domestic hydrogen bottle multi-station CNC winding machine group standard.

It has established deep cooperative relations with Harbin Institute of Technology, Shandong University and Dalian University of Technology, and is a key industry-university-research achievement transformation unit of Harbin Institute of Technology.

At present, it has served more than 100 customers. Covering civil aerospace, research institutes, universities and other composite industries. Equipment has been exported to North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and other countries.

Gantry fiber winding machine

The equipment is mainly used for the winding of new energy vehicle type IV hydrogen cylinders and carbon fiber tubes, which can meet the production of hydrogen energy bus and car type III, type IV 70MPa hydrogen cylinders. Our advantages to achieve unmanned, dual drive, automatic inflation, automatic yarn, than ordinary winding equipment to increase the efficiency of 15%.

Core competence：

First, the efficiency of the whole system is high, and the main machine and the yarn frame achieve joint adjustment and linkage.

Second, the precision of the main machine is high, and the whole machine is designed and processed according to the standard of the machine tool processing center.

Third, tension realizes servo and linear sensor closed-loop control, tension control is more accurate.

Fourth, all the dynamic contact points with the fiber are coated with hardening and finish treatment.

5. The whole machine realizes full automatic control, which can realize the centralized control of the upper computer of multiple machines.

Horizontal fiber winding machine

The equipment is mainly used for winding and forming heavy missiles, masts and tubes. Servo spindle double drive, yarn frame follow-up, tension servo single strand control, servo yarn return mechanism, etc.
